who we are

Together, we are Bobby & Natalia.  Our blended family of 7 consists of our four boys.. Jason, Ryan, Cameron & Evan and our daughter Khloe!   

Chef Bobby was born in New Jersey, but lived outside of Washington D.C. in MD/VA for most of his life.  He has a 4 year degree in French Classical Cuisine and Molecular Gastronomy (yep, he's a Nerdy Chef!) from CIA ~Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.  He has worked every position in the Culinary field from dishwasher to restaurant owner and currently offers his consulting services to the growing Hospitality Industry.  

I'm Natalia, born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA.  I wear many hats including (but never limited to) Research & Development, Marketing & Social Media, P & L's, Brand Development & Baking!

My Grandmother taught me everything I know about baking.  I'm not so sure she had Cannabis in mind at the time but her teachings have served me well in this industry! 

I also have an extensive background in Luxury Retail, Hospitality Management & Sales.  Building solid relationships with the consumer is a passion of mine!

Combined, we have 50 years of experience in the kitchen!  

We are so grateful and blessed to have this opportunity to do what we love while giving back to the community!
